2024-2025 Instructional Priorities

Explicit Instruction 

• This school year, we will focus on effectively implementing the Explicit Instructional Framework to enhance student learning and to ensure that all students have access to high-quality instruction.  To achieve this, we will provide targeted professional development sessions and ongoing coaching to support teachers in understanding and applying the framework.  We will assess our progress quarterly and make necessary adjustments to ensure we meet our goal by the end of the school year. 

Use of Informative Assessment Data

• This school year, we aim to enhance our instructional practices by effectively utilizing informative data to drive decision-making procedures and improve student outcomes.  To support this goal, we will provide professional development sessions focused on data analysis techniques and strategies for integrating data into lesson planning.  We will review our progress quarterly and adjust as necessary to ensure we achieve our goal by the end of the school year. 

Maintaining Well-Structured Classrooms

• This school year, we prioritize maintaining well-structured classroom environments where teachers implement and sustain clear classroom management strategies and routines to enhance student engagement and learning.  To achieve this, we will provide professional development focused on effective classroom management techniques and share best practices for creating a positive learning atmosphere.  We will conduct quarterly assessments to monitor our progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure that we meet our goal by the end of the school year.
